After a 5 year engagement and covid interfering with our plans, we are finally tying the knot on 28 September 2023. Please kindly note that our office will be CLOSED from 25 September 2023 - 9 October 2023.

The online store will be OPEN in this time for orders but please note that no order will be captured before 9 October. Standard lead times will apply from 9 October. We kindly ask to NOT make payment if you are not able to wait the standard lead time after the 9th of October. Refunds will result in R50 deduction for admin and banking fees.

THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART - PLEASE DO READ THROUGH IT.

Please be advised that we have a 10-15 working day lead time on all orders from the confirmation of payment on our end. Working days does not include after hours, weekends or public holidays. WE DO NOT AND CAN NOT ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS. And no option to pay an additional rush fee. We can not in any way support rush orders.

SHOULD YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC DEADLINE DATE IN MIND THAT DOES NOT FALL IN THE 10-15 WORKING DAYS BRACKET, YOU CAN CONTACT US PRIOR TO SEE IF IT WILL BE POSSIBLE.

Please also note that our lead time indication does not suggest we will dispatch on the 10th day, it suggests that we have in total 15 working days to design and complete your order which includes sourcing the stock and planning your order into our already standing production schedule. Therefore dispatch calculation is between the 11th to 16th working day. We are a small home based company with only 2 employees and even though we always try and complete orders as quickly as possible, our line of work takes time to perfect and deliver a high quality product.

Kindly note, that should you still proceed in making payment after noting our process and lead time indication it is important to know that we will deduct R50 from your refund amount. This R50 is to cover our banking and admin fees.

TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT ON BOTH YOUR END AS WELL AS OURS, PLEASE DO PLAN IN ADVANCE SO THAT WE ALL CAN WORK HAPPILY AND EFFECTIVELY TOGETHER.

Please do note that we no longer have a PDF version of a catalogue as pricing changes frequently and it is very time consuming to keep an updated PDF ready. We will be keeping our online store as up to date as possible which will serve as a catalogue going forward. Because custom gifting is such a vast area of profession, we will probably not be able to upload everything we can do.
