Let's discuss our lead times to ensure a smooth experience. Personalized gifting is an art, and we invest time and effort to create beautiful gifts. Please familiarize yourself with our procedures:

1. Order Confirmation:

   • Your order is captured upon receipt of payment or proof. Immediate payments without proof of payment may cause delays.

2. No Rush Orders:

   • We don't accept rush orders to maintain high-quality service and product delivery.

3. Lead Time Summary:

   • Design Lead Time (Jan-Oct): 3-5 working days
   • Design Lead Time (Nov-Dec): 5-7 working days
   • Total Order Lead Time (Jan-Oct): 10-15 working days
   • Total Order Lead Time (Nov-Dec): 15-20 working days

4. Operational Hours:

   • Mon-Thu: 08h00 - 16h30
   • Fri: 08h00 - 15h00
   • Weekends and holidays: CLOSED

5. Supplied Artwork:

   • Clients can provide print-ready artwork, reducing design lead time.
   • Ensure quality; low-quality artwork produces low-quality prints.

6. Load Shedding:

   • Unplanned power cuts may cause a 1-2 day delay, communicated if applicable.

7. Deliveries:

   • We offer courier delivery via The Courier Guy.
   • Delivery lead times: 1-3 working days in Gauteng, 2-5 working days for ECO delivery.
   • OVN (overnight) service available at an extra cost.

8. Collections:

   • Montana Park, Pta location for collections.
   • Collections by appointment during working hours only.
