Dear valued clients,

We at C'est La Vie Design and Create (Pty) Ltd aim for utmost satisfaction with our products and services. Please take note of our policies:

1. Product Dissatisfaction: In the event of dissatisfaction caused by C'est La Vie Design and Create, we commit to resolving the matter to the best of our ability. We will strive to replace the product promptly, and if unable to meet the deadline, a full refund will be offered. Any concerns must be lodged within 48 hours of order receipt.

2. Worn or Damaged Items: Refunds will not be granted for worn or washed items. Clients must return products in the exact condition received; failure to do so will result in forfeiting the refund.

3. Self-Damaged or Tampered Products: Attempts to fix or alter products without consulting CLV Design will void any refund or correction. Standard fees apply for correcting tampered products.

4. Refund Process: Upon agreement on a refund, clients must return the product within 7 working days in proper condition. Refund eligibility is contingent upon the product being unused and untampered. Courier fees will be refunded upon receipt of the courier company invoice.

5. Incorrect Deliveries: C'est La Vie Design is not accountable for replacing or refunding products if the client approved the layouts/invoiced products. Standard rates and fees apply for any required corrections.

6. Custom Garments: Clients have 7 days to return handmade products not meeting standards. Any tampering by the client forfeits rights for free fixes. After 7 days, no complaints will be entertained.
