Shipping Policy for CLV Design orders
At CLV Design, we take pride in crafting your custom gifts with care and attention to detail. Here’s what you can expect from our shipping process:
Order Preparation & Dispatch:
- Custom Orders will be scheduled and prepared according to your specifications.
- Orders will dispatch within 10-15 working days (January to October) and 15-20 working days(November to December), depending on the complexity and volume of orders during peak times.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email with all the necessary track and trace details so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Courier Services & Liability:
Please note, while we carefully select our trusted courier partners, CLV Design is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft once the parcel is in the hands of the courier. Courier services are provided by third-party companies, and as such, we do not track or trace on your behalf.
We recommend contacting the courier directly for any issues or queries regarding delivery.
