Please be aware that our sublimation quench cups, which feature a permanent, full-color print, are created using a different method than our UV DTF film transfer branded cups. BRANDING METHOD:

This product permits 2 different branding methods. UV DTF transfers and Laser Engraving.

UV DTF Transfer:

  • Key Elements: Involves printing a design onto a special film with UV-cured ink, which is then transferred to the product. Allows for detailed, full-color designs and shading.
  • Limitations: The transfer is permanent but should be handled with care—avoid soaking in warm water or aggressive washing to maintain durability. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.

Laser Engraving:

  • Key Elements: Uses a laser to etch designs directly into the product’s surface, creating a durable, permanent mark.
  • Limitations: Limited to monochrome designs with no shading. The engraving area is restricted to a maximum width of 4 cm, and detailed, colorful designs cannot be achieved.

Summary: UV DTF transfers provide vibrant, detailed color but require careful washing to preserve the design. Laser engraving offers a durable, permanent mark but is constrained by size and color limitations.

ORDER LEAD TIME:

    JAN-OCT:

    • Design lead time: 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.
    • Production lead time: 5-10 working days after artwork approval.
    • Safe lead time indication: 10-15 working days from payment confirmation.

    NOV-DEC:

    • Design lead time: 5-7 working days after payment confirmation.
    • Production lead time: 10-15 working days after artwork approval.
    • Safe lead time indication: 15-20 working days from payment confirmation.

    While we aim to fulfill orders promptly and sometimes dispatch before the indicated lead times, certain factors influence our operational capabilities. The specified lead times are in place to accommodate various daily factors that may impact our production process.

    DESIGN:

    • We welcome any custom design of your choice in conjunction with the mentioned branding method.
    • Our policy strictly prohibits copying or replicating other designers' work.
    • Your reference image will be used solely as a reference, and a unique design will be crafted for your product.
