BASTOS STAINLESS STEEL VACUUM 750ML BOTTLE

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

The leakproof lid of this bottle can be unscrewed from the base to reveal a wide mouth, which makes it easy to load ice or fruit into your water. It also features a smaller secondary spout lid which you can unscrew for quick drinking. The spout lid is connected to the main lid, so no need to worry about dropping it or holding it in your other hand. The finger loop handle helps to free up the rest of your hand to carry other things like your phone or keys, when you’re on the go.  
The bottle base is made from strong and durable BPA-free stainless steel with a black powder-coated finish. It has a double-wall vacuum construction, which ensures that liquids inside stay hot or cold for hours.

BRANDING METHOD:

This product permits 2 different branding methods. UV DTF transfers and Laser Engraving.

UV DTF Transfer:

• Key Elements: Involves printing a design onto a special film with UV-cured ink, which is then transferred to the product. Allows for detailed, full-color designs and shading.
• Limitations: The transfer is permanent but should be handled with care—avoid soaking in warm water or aggressive washing to maintain durability. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.

UV DTF Printing Explained:

UV DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a method that utilizes UV curable inks for transferring designs directly onto various surfaces. This process involves printing a design on a special film.

Care Instructions:

1. Avoid Abrasives: Refrain from using abrasive materials or harsh cleaners to preserve the print quality.
2. Gentle Cleaning: Use a mild, non-abrasive detergent with a soft cloth for cleaning.
3. Avoid Extreme Conditions: Keep the printed items away from extreme heat, cold, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
4. Please take note that this product is not dishwasher safe and should be hand washed only. 

Laser Engraving:

• Key Elements: Uses a laser to etch designs directly into the product’s surface, creating a durable, permanent mark.
• Limitations: Limited to monochrome designs with no shading. The engraving area is restricted to a maximum width of 4 cm, and detailed, colorful designs cannot be achieved.
• The mug can go into the dishwasher but not the lid

Summary: UV DTF transfers provide vibrant, detailed color but require careful washing to preserve the design. Laser engraving offers a durable, permanent mark but is constrained by size and color limitations.

Please note: This product we offer has a cylindrical shape. Our laser equipment does not include a rotary attachment. As a result, the maximum width of the branding area is limited to 3cm to ensure the best possible branding outcome.

NOV-DEC:

• Design lead time: 5-7 working days after payment confirmation.
• Production lead time: 10-15 working days after artwork approval.
• Safe lead time indication: 15-20 working days from payment confirmation.

While we aim to fulfill orders promptly and sometimes dispatch before the indicated lead times, certain factors influence our operational capabilities. The specified lead times are in place to accommodate various daily factors that may impact our production process.

• We welcome any custom design of your choice in conjunction with the mentioned branding method.
• Our policy strictly prohibits copying or replicating other designers' work.
• Your reference image will be used solely as a reference, and a unique design will be crafted for your product.
