BRANDING METHODS EXPLAINED:

This product permits 2 different branding methods. UV DTF transfer and Vinyl sticker


UV DTF Transfer:

Key Elements: Involves printing a design onto a special film with UV-cured ink, which is then transferred to the product. This method allows for detailed, full-color designs and shading. The UV DTF transfer is applied directly to the product, with the background color of the product still being visible.
Limitations: The transfer is permanent but should be handled with care to maintain durability. Small text designs may not be suitable, as the print cannot be too small.


Digital Vinyl Sticker:

Key Elements: Made from high-quality, durable vinyl that resists weather, UV rays, and scratches. Features high-resolution, full-color printing for vibrant and detailed designs with no design limitations, including finer and small text areas. The vinyl sticker has a solid background, which will cover the color of the base product.
Limitations: Over time, the edges of the stickers may lift, especially with heavy abrasion or rough handling. Although weather-resistant, prolonged exposure to harsh conditions can affect the sticker’s longevity.

ORDER LEAD TIME:

    • Design lead time: 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.
    • Production lead time: 5-10 working days after artwork approval.
    • Safe lead time indication: 10-15 working days from payment confirmation.

    NOV-DEC:

    • Design lead time: 5-7 working days after payment confirmation.
    • Production lead time: 10-15 working days after artwork approval.
    • Safe lead time indication: 15-20 working days from payment confirmation.

    While we aim to fulfill orders promptly and sometimes dispatch before the indicated lead times, certain factors influence our operational capabilities. The specified lead times are in place to accommodate various daily factors that may impact our production process.
