PRODUCT SPECS:
Have a custom design specially designed to your custom requirements and requests. Printed on a brushed soft knit. Please ensure to select the correct fit. Ladies fitted will sit tight and uni-sex will have a more baggier look. Our general lengths are 80cm from shoulder to floor but you are welcome to adjust this. If it exceeds 100cm it shall be quoted for additionally.
SIZING:
Please ensure to make sure you look at the sizing chart in the gallery images and measure yourself/friends to ensure you purchase the correct size to match your body type based on this pattern we use. Please note no exchanges will be made if you have ordered the incorrect size. Standard fees will apply. If you are not sure which size you need, please send us your measurements and we will accordingly place your size. This is an international pattern and you aren't able to go on local sizes bought. Please also be sure to make the correct selection between ladies fitted (which is body fit) and regular which has a more relaxed fit.
ORDER LEAD TIME:
JAN-OCT:
- Design lead time: 3-5 working days from confirmation of payment
- Production lead time: 5-10 working days after approval of artwork.
- SAFE LEAD TIME INDICATION 10-15 working days from confirmation of payment
NOV-DEC:
- Design lead time: 5-7 working days from confirmation of payment
- Production lead time: 10-15 working days after approval of artwork.
- SAFE LEAD TIME INDICATION 15-20 working days from confirmation of payment
In the case where we can complete orders quicker, we will. Please do note it is not guaranteed and a deadline date if earlier than above indicated is requested, the team should be contacted prior to making payment.
DESIGN:
Based on the product's branding limitations, all our products are designed according to the client specifications in the theme and the branding option available for the product. Please do take note, we do pride ourselves in not copying other artists artworks and in the case where we aren't able to source original artworks we will re-design your idea. Please also note that supplied artwork is printed as is and it is required to supply HD artworks in the correct formats and sizes.
