    BRANDING METHOD:

    This product permits two branding options.
    1. ENGRAVING onto the tumbler and bottle, only permitted in the top section of this product and presented as silver only
    2. DTF onto the bag of the gift set, which has no color limitations. Branding on the bag is optional.

    BRANDING METHODS EXPLAINED:

    ENGRAVING:

    • Engraving does not support full-color designs or shadings; only flat artwork is achievable.
    • The engraving process involves the laser "burning" the design into the product. The final finish is influenced by the product's reaction to the engraving, and we have limited control over this reaction.
    • The result of the engraving is dependent on the characteristics of the product.
    • Please be aware that variations in the engraving outcome may occur based on the specific product being used.

    DTF PRINTING:

    DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a method where designs are directly printed onto a special film using UV curable inks. The printed design is then transferred to fabrics using heat, resulting in vibrant and durable prints. This process guarantees precise and detailed designs on fabric surfaces, making it a popular choice for diverse textile applications.

    Washing Instructions: To preserve the quality of your DTF-printed fabrics, follow these guidelines:

    • Wash with mild detergent.
    • Use cold water for gentle cleaning.
    • Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.
    • Air-dry or use a low-heat setting when machine drying.

      ORDER LEAD TIME:

      JAN-OCT:

      • Design lead time: 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.
      • Production lead time: 5-10 working days after artwork approval.
      • Safe lead time indication: 10-15 working days from payment confirmation.

      NOV-DEC:

      • Design lead time: 5-7 working days after payment confirmation.
      • Production lead time: 10-15 working days after artwork approval.
      • Safe lead time indication: 15-20 working days from payment confirmation.

      While we aim to fulfill orders promptly and sometimes dispatch before the indicated lead times, certain factors influence our operational capabilities. The specified lead times are in place to accommodate various daily factors that may impact our production process.
