BRANDING METHOD:

• Our chosen branding method is Sublimation print. 
• Sublimation is a printing process involving the transfer of ink from paper to specially prepped or polyester surface products through heat.
• The sublimation process allows printing in any design of choice with no limitations to color.
• Sublimation printing is permanent, ensuring long-lasting and durable designs on the product.
• All our sublimation fabric items are meticulously crafted and handmade in-house after the printing process, ensuring quality and attention to detail.

Care instructions:

• Machine Wash: Gentle cycle with cold water is recommended.

• Detergent: Use a mild detergent to preserve the vibrancy of the colors.

• Avoid Bleach: Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the printed design.

• Drying: Air-dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer to prevent excessive shrinkage or damage.

• Ironing: If needed, iron on low heat with the fabric turned inside out, avoiding direct contact with the printed design.

• Storage: Store sublimated printed fabrics in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their quality over time.

• Design lead time: 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.
• Production lead time: 5-10 working days after artwork approval.
• Safe lead time indication: 10-15 working days from payment confirmation.

NOV-DEC:

• Design lead time: 5-7 working days after payment confirmation.
• Production lead time: 10-15 working days after artwork approval.
• Safe lead time indication: 15-20 working days from payment confirmation.

While we aim to fulfill orders promptly and sometimes dispatch before the indicated lead times, certain factors influence our operational capabilities. The specified lead times are in place to accommodate various daily factors that may impact our production process.
