Product features:

  • Printed to any theme bag via a method called sublimation printing.
  • The bag will include waterproof lining and is printed on a material called polytwill.

BRANDING METHOD:

PATCH:

  • Our chosen branding method for the patch is engraving.
  • Engraving does not support full-color designs or shadings; only flat artwork is achievable.
  • The engraving process involves the laser "burning" the design into the product. The final finish is influenced by the product's reaction to the engraving, and we have limited control over this reaction.
  • The result of the engraving is dependent on the characteristics of the product.
  • Please be aware that variations in the engraving outcome may occur based on the specific product being used.

PATCH:

  • Our chosen branding method is Sublimation print. 
  • Sublimation is a printing process involving the transfer of ink from paper to specially prepped or polyester surface products through heat.
  • The sublimation process allows printing in any design of choice with no limitations to color.
  • Sublimation printing is permanent, ensuring long-lasting and durable designs on the product.
  • All our sublimation fabric items are meticulously crafted and handmade in-house after the printing process, ensuring quality and attention to detail.

REGARDING PATCH SHAPE:

Please note that our custom leather patches require designs with straight and easy lines of work. Only shapes featuring solid lines and curves are supported. Designs such as flowers, stars, or hearts are not feasible. Opt for simplicity with options like round, square, triangular, and oval. We offer customization within these shapes to tailor your patch to perfection.

LEATHER COLORS:

  • Browse the gallery for color options and choose the preferred one.

Note on Genuine Leather: Genuine leather may have markings or color variations, and comparisons between different pieces or orders are not guaranteed. Slight color differentiations may occur even with the same color code.

    ORDER LEAD TIME:

    JAN-OCT:

    • Design lead time: 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.
    • Production lead time: 5-10 working days after artwork approval.
    • Safe lead time indication: 10-15 working days from payment confirmation.

    NOV-DEC:

    • Design lead time: 5-7 working days after payment confirmation.
    • Production lead time: 10-15 working days after artwork approval.
    • Safe lead time indication: 15-20 working days from payment confirmation.

    While we aim to fulfill orders promptly and sometimes dispatch before the indicated lead times, certain factors influence our operational capabilities. The specified lead times are in place to accommodate various daily factors that may impact our production process.

    DESIGN:

    • We welcome any custom design of your choice in conjunction with the mentioned branding method.
    • Our policy strictly prohibits copying or replicating other designers' work.
    • Your reference image will be used solely as a reference, and a unique design will be crafted for your product.
