UV DTF Printing Explained:
UV DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a method that utilizes UV curable inks for transferring designs directly onto various surfaces. This process involves printing a design on a special film, which is then transferred to the desired product using a combination of heat and pressure.
Care Instructions:
- Avoid Abrasives: Refrain from using abrasive materials or harsh cleaners to preserve the print quality.
- Gentle Cleaning: Use a mild, non-abrasive detergent with a soft cloth for cleaning.
- Avoid Extreme Conditions: Keep the printed items away from extreme heat, cold, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
ORDER LEAD TIME:
JAN-OCT:
- Design lead time: 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.
- Production lead time: 5-10 working days after artwork approval.
- Safe lead time indication: 10-15 working days from payment confirmation.
NOV-DEC:
- Design lead time: 5-7 working days after payment confirmation.
- Production lead time: 10-15 working days after artwork approval.
- Safe lead time indication: 15-20 working days from payment confirmation.
