  1. UV DTF Sticker Branding:

    • Description: UV DTF Sticker branding involves creating a permanent vinyl sticker that adheres securely to the product. This method ensures durability and resistance to peeling. It offers a wide range of design possibilities, excluding glitter, matte, and metallic/foil colors. There are no limitations on intricate details, fonts, words, and colors. However, the vinyl sticker is not suitable for dishwashers or microwaves, requiring careful handwashing.

  2. Sandblasting:

    • Description: Sandblasting is a permanent and dishwasher-safe branding method that imparts a frosted white color to the product. While it ensures long-lasting durability, it comes with the limitation of being available only in a frosted white hue. This method provides a clean and elegant appearance but lacks the color versatility found in other branding methods.

    ORDER LEAD TIME:

    JAN-OCT:

    • Design lead time: 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.
    • Production lead time: 5-10 working days after artwork approval.
    • Safe lead time indication: 10-15 working days from payment confirmation.

    NOV-DEC:

    • Design lead time: 5-7 working days after payment confirmation.
    • Production lead time: 10-15 working days after artwork approval.
    • Safe lead time indication: 15-20 working days from payment confirmation.

    While we aim to fulfill orders promptly and sometimes dispatch before the indicated lead times, certain factors influence our operational capabilities. The specified lead times are in place to accommodate various daily factors that may impact our production process.
